Woman was fired from her job during lockdown after her boss got sick of her kids during work calls saying it ‘was not professional’
online, admitted that her first week working from home was stressful, as her demanding job meant "multiple calls, emails and unrealistic expectations"., she explained that her role was to help her boss with their existing clients and obtain new clients - which meant lots of business calls during the day.
Realising she had to find a way to make it work, Dris said she even pushed her son's nap-time into the early afternoon - in an effort to appease her boss. Despite her best efforts to juggle full-time work and parenting, her boss ignored her change in schedule and still arranged calls at lunchtime — when both of her kids were "hungry and impatient."
As a result of the ongoing distractions, the mum-of-two was eventually assigned to do time management training but was again told they were "tired" of accommodating her.Credit: moderncalimom/Instagram But rather than helping to find a solution, as she'd predicted, they instead told her they "should part ways," leaving Dris shocked and confused.
