I wasn't expecting much but I ended up being really impressed
I'm a sucker for a Domino's pizza, so when I saw that they had released two new carbonara and lasagne inspired pizzas, I knew I had to tuck in.
Being a huge fan of the dishes, I wanted to put both to the test to see if they really tasted like the original. So I put myself in a food coma just to save you the trouble - here's what I found. The pizza was a decent size for a small, and the toppings tasted really fresh. It had a strong smoky bacon taste, but it wasn't too overpowering which was really good.
The lasagne pizza So, this was the pizza that I was most excited and intrigued about. I really wasn't convinced that this lasagne pizza was going to taste like lasagne at all, because well, how could it? After one bite, I was left feeling genuinely impressed. The pizza seriously tasted like an actual lasagne, Domino's had almost got it spot on!
