Manchester United winger Marcus Rashford made the first steps towards redemption among the fans with a goal in the 3-0 victory over Southampton
The last time Marus Rashford was on the pitch for Manchester United the home fans jeered when he was not replaced by Amad.
Unsurprisingly, Rashford missed out on a call-up to the England squad and it would have been easy for the forward to take the disappointment as an opportunity to visit warmer climes. While previously the winger retreated into himself after losing out a couple of times, on Saturday afternoon Rashford shrugged it off and continued to plough onwards. Such a decision paid dividends just before the break as he curled home United's second in a 3-0 win.
