Austin Hogue, who owns Dottie's Family Market on the intersection, says he has already received a letter from PennDOT that his parking lot will be used for construction vehicles when the project happens."Worst case scenario would be that they would choose to go with a layout that would take this location here as part of the roundabout traffic, turn lane, whatever that may be," Hogue said.
