KOTA KINABALU: Parti Warisan Sabah president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal has told his 'long-time friend', Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, that he is backing Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
KOTA KINABALU: Parti Warisan Sabah president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal has told his"long-time friend", Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, that he is backing Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
Shafie said this is to ensure that Sabah will not be left behind in terms of development, healthcare and security aspects. All lawmakers in Sabah were at the meeting except for two –Putatan's Awang Hussaini Sahari and Ranau's Jonathan Yasin from PKR. On developments and funding aspects now that Sabah has become an Opposition state, he said he was confident that development in Sabah could still progress.
