As reader is put off from buying the PS5 Pro because of Sony’s poor support of the PSVR2 and the lack of first party games.
How do you rate Sony’s track record with hardware? Considering Sony hasn’t even announced the PS5 Pro yet, a lot of people seem to be making some pretty detailed financial plans around it. Not that I doubt it’s coming out, or that the constant stream of leaked specs aren’t substantially true, but the Reader’s Feature last week, about selling your PlayStation 5 to get the new model, struck me as overly trusting.
The lack of effort Sony is putting into everything now is very concerning to me. They just seem to assume that they can do as little as possible and be rewarded for it. I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes and to be honest I don’t particular care. I’m not going to give them money out of pity or loyalty, but only if I think they’ve got a good product.
