The Christmas warmth is not limited to Georgia. Much the southern tier of the United States and East Coast will be unusually warm. Parts of Texas may push the 90 degrees F mark, and Miami will be close to 80 degrees F. Thenotes, “The southern half of the Plains will be at the center of the greatest warm temperature anomalies during the period with decent coverage of max/min readings 20-30F above normal.” I would not be surprised to see a daily records broken.
