Simply put, a car with a full service history, or FSH, is one that has been maintained and is in good working order.
That means it has had regular MOTs, and work carried out either by a manufacturer directly or by an approved service centre. You can find an approved service centre by using the tool on the Motor Ombudsman's website - you just have to type in where you want to get the motor serviced. If a car has not been serviced on time or every time it should have, it is considered to have a partial service history.
