I really admire her commitment to living as sustainably as possible. Then I write in my one-sentence journal, read a bit of5 a.m. — The babies are awake. My husband and I spend the next few hours feeding, diapering, and playing with them. We eat Costco muffins and coffee. Then, we are off to the babies' six-month checkups.

1 p.m. — I have bi-weekly therapy. I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder in 2017, and in 2019, after failing to manage it, I fell apart and had to take a 20-month-long break from almost every responsibility I held in life, including work. I went through several therapists to find this one that I've been seeing since August of 2020. She has been a lifesaver, especially in this postpartum period.
