Nick Saban spoke about late Mississippi State head coach Mike Leach before Alabama faces the Bulldogs.
in Starkville on Saturday, there will be a key difference from last year’s game in Tuscaloosa. Zach Arnett is now the Bulldogs’ head coach, after Mike Leach passed away in December.
Leach pioneered the Air Raid offense along with former boss Hal Mumme, former head coach at Kentucky. He gained notoriety for the system during previous stops at Texas Tech and Washington State. “Always had a tremendous amount of respect for him as a coach,” Saban said. “But really liked him as a person.”
