The holiday season is upon us, and with it come bountiful opportunities to get camera-happy with photographs of special events and moments. Holiday concerts, outfits, and outings; images of far-flung family and friends; a professional portrait session for a seasonal card. These images are important. As a professional photographer and professor of photography, I would never discourage anyone from making them.
