A GRANDMOTHER was forced to have half of her nose cut off after a “pin prick spot” turned out to be skin cancer.Tracey spent years sunbathing without wearing any sun protectionThe 59-year-old from New South Wales, Australia noticed a spot on her face and was told she had developed a rare form of skin cancer.
