A white Hyundai was left at the scene after crashing into the Shorewood Grocery store in White Center early Tuesday morning.

It's at least the second time in two years the store, located on 26th Avenue SW, has suffered significant damage from criminal activity. "Damage to front structure from possible stolen White Hyundai left running at the scene," the King County Sheriff’s Office said via email. "Currently it is unknown as to the value of damage or value of any items stolen.Thieves used a pickup truck to rip the ATM from inside the business. When deputies arrived, they found the side of the building had been smashed in and the ATM had been taken.
Surveillance video from inside the store shows two people tie the rope to the ATM before walking out. The truck then takes off, dragging the ATM and anything in its path out of the business and into the front parking lot.
