The University of Washington basketball team defeated New Jersey Institute of Technology ( NJIT ) 90-53 on Sunday. The Huskies dominated the game from the start, leading by as many as 40 points. Coach Danny Sprinkle played a large portion of his bench, with 11 players logging over 12 minutes of playing time. Great Osobor and Wilhelm Breidenbach led the Huskies with 12 and 10 points respectively.
The Huskies will now begin their Big Ten conference schedule with games against Maryland and Illinois
