Adams County investigators got a tip in early 2024 that Mamma Ventura employees were selling drugs, police said, which kicked off an investigation.
An Adams County couple dealt drugs behind their family’s Italian restaurant in Gettysburg to help pay the husband’s bills, he told police after their arrest, according to court documents.
In June, Fazzolari drove Anderson to the 7-Eleven convenience store on Chambersburg Street, where Anderson made a cocaine delivery as law enforcement watched, the affidavit said. Court documents said Anderson and Fazzolari’s son was in the backseat of their car during the June sale. Cocaine and marijuana were found on a digital scale in the couple’s home, according to the affidavit. Police said in the documents that they also found the money in the home that was collected during the 7-Eleven drug deal.
