Hurricane Dorian is strengthening and could possibly make landfall in Florida as a Category 3 storm this weekend.

"Thank God we were not affected," Puerto Rico Gov. Wanda Vazquez said Wednesday night."All the determinations made in the last days were a real life exercise." The storm is then forecast to strengthen to a Category 3 hurricane, bringing more than 1 foot of rain to Florida and winds as high as 125 mph.
