The most extreme Huracan ever gets lower, louder and lairier. Looks good in black too.
Though we say this all the time about modified modern supercars, there really can’t be many craving any more exhilaration from their. It’s one of the truly great Lamborghinis, utterly absorbing to drive and completely bonkers to look at. Maybe a regular Huracan Evo could be tinkered with a bit, and some flashy wheels on a Spyder is a given, but what on earth can be done to an STO?
A little, it seems, though Novitec’s latest range of Lambo bits isn’t quite as comprehensive as usual. Nice to know there’s a threshold somewhere. There are some carbon bits, of course, which is impressive given how much of the STO’s body is made of the black stuff already. Now there are new carbon fibre side panels with larger intakes, mirror covers and rear quarter windows, also with the intakes bulked up.
Naturally, there are some spectacular new wheels to accompany the carbon, here forged Novitec NL4s built with Vossen and available in 72 colours. Perhaps the more interesting change, however, is behind the wheels, as Novitec has equipped the Huracan STO with four-way adjustable coilovers, developed with KW no less. Adjustable in 14 settings for low and high speed compression and rebound, they’re available for cars both with and without the nose lift.
Finally, of course, a silly exhaust, because if YouTube has taught us anything a modified supercar is no such thing without some silly pipes sticking out the back. It’s like the good old days of Novas and Saxos, really. For the STO, Novitec is offering an Inconel system with 111mm pipes, the option of gold plating and “an extremely sporty note”. Which can be turned down if you actually want to go anywhere.
