Summary Hunter X Hunter fans can rejoice now that the manga has received an update for the first time in 2 years, and a new volume will be available to purchase soon. This news is fantastic given it also receives the distant future of the rest of the series and the release of future chapters.
As confirmed by the X/Twitter user @WSJ_Manga, the S Manga site, an official website of Shueisha, revealed that volume 38 of Hunter X Hunter will be released on September 4, 2024. This does not mean that the volume will include new chapters, but will contain chapters #390 to #400, which were already released in 2022. However, the news of the upcoming volume can be used to predict when new chapters of Hunter X Hunter could be released.
