Humza Yousaf, the First Minister of Scotland, has finally heard from his parents-in-law who are trapped in Gaza. He confirmed they are alive but have run out of clean drinking water. Yousaf urges the implementation of the UN resolution and the immediate delivery of aid to stop the violence.
The First Minister spoke with his family on Saturday morning after losing communication in the conflict area. He confirmed they were alive, however, he added that they had run out of clean drinking water.
"The UN resolution must be implemented. We need the violence to stop, and for significant amounts of aid to get through without delay."
