As President Trump tries to de-escalate things in Minnesota, key members of his administration are pointing fingers at one another over the heated rhetoric used after ICE protestor Alex Pretti’s shooting.

A cleaner has been left “humiliated” after her bosses ran a bizarre test to see how thorough her work was – with angry Aussies labeling the act “condescending.” The Canadian-based worker took to social media to share a “disrespectful” note asking her to find 100 mini ducks hidden around the house before the day was done.

The pink posted note read: “To our cleaner, we hid 100 mini ducks around the apartment to ensure a job well done! Please leave ALL ducks in this jar.” The ducks are pictured to be hidden in all sorts of unusual nooks and crannies – from the inside of a chair leg… to a pot plant. Devon, the cleaner, said she briefly played along with the twisted “game”, tallying 76 ducks before deciding to walk away.Tiktok/devonition101“I’m here to do my job professionally, not to play games or be tested,” the message continued. “If there is a lack of trust in my work, that’s totally your choice – but in that case, it’s best you find someone else to clean for you.”“Oh, okay. I honestly thought it would be fun and lighthearted, just a joke the hubby and I picked up,” they replied.Social media users outraged has amassed nearly four million views, and thousands of comments of users outraged over the request. The overwhelming sentiment was to rally behind Devon in the comments, with many horrified by the lack of respect. “As someone who is lucky enough to have a cleaner, I cannot imagine being so disrespectful to someone who makes my life so much easier,” one user wrote. Others said the stunt turned paid labor into a spectacle, with one person remarking: “This is a job for cleaning not a scavenger hunt.”“This is a job for cleaning not a scavenger hunt,” one person wrote on social media.Overwhelmingly, people agreed the act was incredibly humiliating, saying, “WOW, the audacity,” and “This feels so disrespectful”. Many agreed the couple clearly had way too much time up their sleeves, saying: “If they have time to hide 100 plastic ducks, they have time to do their own damn housework.” Aussies have been equally as unimpressed after the sorry situation was shared by Triple M radio hosts, Luisa Dal Din and Jack Archdale, during their afternoon drive-time show. “Personally, I would have immediately walked out & said find another cleaner,” shared one, after the segment was “The moving of furniture to clean behind and under I consider a deep clean not a maintenance clean,” agreed another. Both hosts agreed, declaring the move was “condescending” and not appropriate.
