Han pasado casi dos meses desde que la organización sin ánimo de lucro de San Diego transfirió 318 animales pequeños a la Humane Society of Southern Arizona de Tucson; más de 250 siguen sin aparecer.
La Humane Society de San Diego está planeando contratar a un investigador privado para averiguar qué ocurrió con cientos de conejos, conejillos de indias, ratas y hámsters que transfirió este verano a su homóloga de Arizona, incluso mientras dos de los líderes del refugio de Tucson abandonan el misterio.
