When considering notable tech leaders exemplifying this leadership style, and what stands out about their success, I think back to when Satya Nadella first became CEO of Microsoft. The company was no longer considered an innovator as Microsoft had missed the dot com bubble, the proliferation of mobile phones was increasing, and the advent of social media kicked off. However, Nadella has changed the shape of Microsoft by creating his own form of human-centric culture.
