Emergency services have rushed to the Northern Quarter in Manchester's city centre as they respond to an incident this evening .
Police and ambulance vehicles are at the scene outside The Millstone pub on Thomas Street, between the junctions of Tib Street and Oak Street. The area is one of the Northern Quarter's busiest, featuring popular tapas restaurant Evuna, and is close to a number of other bars.Manchester Evening News understands that multiple police cars and vans have been at the scene, along with North West Ambulance Service vehicles. Greater Manchester Police has been contacted for more information.
