Four days after being arrested for harassing his estranged wife through repeated phone calls, the suspect broke into her house and killed the man she was dating.
The Harris County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man accused of breaking into his estranged wife's home and fatally shooting a man inside.The suspect, identified as 48-year-old Michael Maurice Mack, has been charged with capital murder, but investigators have not found him.
On Aug. 10, Mack was arrested for harassing his estranged wife through repeated phone calls, charging docs said. However, according to officials, just four days later, Mack broke into his estranged wife's house at 3:30 a.m. and killed the man she was dating, identified as 53-year-old Kelvin Hinton.
