The market is dominated by Germany-based HelloFresh and New York-based Blue Apron, which had $2.4 billion and $461 million in 2020 U.S. sales, respectively.
“It’s our job to inspire and seduce people into really taking care of themselves, which is a job that we take really seriously.” With Sakara, customers can register for up to three ready-to-eat meals per day, five days a week, with each daily dish standardized for everyone everywhere.
