Outstanding culinary series: “Barefoot Contessa: Modern Comfort Food,” Food Network; “Counter Space,” Vice TV; “Guy’s Ranch Kitchen,” Food Network; “Mary McCartney Serves It Up,” discovery+; and “Valerie’s Home Cooking,” Food Network.
