It's an interesting matchup for the first game of Week 8, with Tampa Bay and QB Baker Mayfield traveling to Buffalo to test their fortunes against QB Josh Allen and the Bills.

Two teams that recently have been perplexed by the same issue – a struggling offense – will meet Thursday night, as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers head north to play the Buffalo Bills.
Since pounding the Miami Dolphins on Oct. 1, the Bills lost to the Jacksonville Jaguars in London, barely beat the New York Giants and then lost to the New England Patriots lst week. The disparity is reflected in Allen’s production over that span. He’s a combined 30 of 52 for 302 yards with a TD and two interceptions in the first half. In the second half, he’s 43 of 59 for 488 yards with seven touchdowns , an interception and a fumble. Allen does have Stefon Diggs – one of the league’s best receivers – to throw to.
Turnovers are an issue, with Tampa Bay committing six over that span, including Mayfield throwing an interception at the Atlanta 26 with 3:46 left in this past weekend’s loss to the Falcons.
