That new “era” will begin Thursday night with a home game against the Toronto Raptors. One thing to watch for Toronto is Scottie Barnes who has hit the 20-point mark in four straight games for the first time in his career. As for the Sixers, they are expected to start Kelly Oubre Jr. in place of P.J. Tucker, who is now with the Los Angeles Clippers along with Harden. Oubre has been excellent for the Sixers so far, averaging 19 points on 50.0 percent shooting in 29.3 minutes per game. The 76ers will be without Nic Batum, acquired in the Harden trade, who is away for personal reasons. Otherwise, it’s unknown whether the other three will be available to play Thursday night.
