Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson in action during the first half of an NFL football game against the Detroit Lions, Sunday, Oct.22, 2023, in Baltimore. In a matchup between two teams headed in the opposite direction, the Baltimore Ravens will head across the country to face the Arizona Cardinals. The Ravens have won three of their last four games, while the Cardinals have lost four straight.
The Cardinals will be in trouble if they can’t make Jackson move out of the pocket. Even if they can, they could still be in trouble with Jackson’s speed and playmaking ability. The Ravens ran for nearly 150 yards as well last week so the Cardinals defense has its work cut out. While the Cardinals held Seattle to a pair of field goals after halftime, they were shutout in the second half of their 20-10 loss to the Seahawks. Josh Dobbs was 19 of 33 for 146 yards. Hollywood Brown hauled in three of those passes for 49 yards, and Emari Demercado has 58 rushing yards on 13 carries.Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray had a full practice Wednesday, but remains out of the lineup. Tight end Zach Ertz and running back James Conner are both currently on IR.
