Another idea would be to capitalize on nap times if you have younger children. Try spending your breaks — even if it’s a 20-minute walk — with your family. Non-negotiables are your priorities in life and are typically defined by your values, principles, and goals. Once you have, add them to your calendar so that nothing else will come before them.
