Regarding modifiers, the Hercules 3AX has a +50% Headshot Damage Multiplier, +25 Armor Penetration, 1sec Lock-on Time, and +20% Poison Chance. It's an Iconic Ability and somewhat of a visual spectacle because if you neutralize an enemy rather than kill them, it will confirm the kill for you by exploding them into a pool of acid.
