You’ll get a notification saying you’ve found a Special Item but you still need to look around and pick it up. In this same area is a glowing yellow heptagram where you need to take the Tiara .
I found this on the north shore of the swamp just across from the buy station, but it’s possible the location moves. I’m the green dot in the map below.The fight itself isn’t terribly difficult but the creature will attack in water and on land and enemy players showing up are the biggest challenge. Once you defeat the monster, you’ll get a calling card and be that much closer to the Bloody Mess Weapon Blueprint, which requires you to complete 5 of the 6 Operation Nightmare challenges.
