If you do lose one of the boxes of supplies you can buy another from Lab Rat for $50.
Once you have the supplies you will need to head to the correct locations to place them. There are three buildings on the outskirts of each of the starter towns, two farms and a logging shed, that have small stands outside them. You can see what the stand looks like in the images below, and this is where you need to place the supplies. As soon as you place it that portion of the task is complete and the supplies are removed from your inventory.
For players in the Mithras Security Systems faction, you can find one farm in map square 174 119, the other farm in map square 168 121 and the logging shed in map square 172 117. For players in the Crimson Shield International faction, you can find one farm in map square 145 162, the other farm in map square 140 160 and the logging shed in map square 139 162.Once you place the last box in the correct location the quest will complete and you do not need to bring anything back to Lab Rat.
