Over the course of three days, this male Vogue editor tried out three distinct tartan outfits. Here’s his verdict.
I had a lot of fashion events crammed into one day, so I thought I’d wear a suit. A
tartan suit, to be exact. However, when the suit arrived, it was more pink than anticipated and the full get-up looked too “2009 Pete Wentz” for my liking , so I opted to mix and match with my slouchy brown Gant suit and a pair of classic Old Skool Vans. I had a sushi lunch with a PR, who loved my look, but suggested I wear it with shorts . Later, while on my way to a dinner to celebrate’s new collection, I got some glares on the tube.
