People are also reading… City of Dothan Mayor Mark Saliba and Houston County Commission Chairman Brandon Shoupe in a joint statement shared, “We are grateful to see Amazon choose to call Dothan home and construct a first-class facility. The jobs that are created by Amazon in our community have the ability to make a significant impact on the quality of life for those who work for the company.”
“Economic Development projects also do not become successful without strong leadership from our local elected officials. Our local State delegation, Mayor, City Commission, County Chairman, and County Commission all play a critical role in economic development projects and this case was no different. We have a strong business climate because of their cohesive leadership and team approach,” said Cureton.
