The City Plan Commission also heard from staff about Ramrock’s pursuit to increase the building’s height and buildable floor area. In return, the owner plans to incorporate mixed-income housing in the project.Staff countered Ramrock’s 5% mixed-income housing allotment for those 81% to 100% of the area’s median family income with a more aggressive suggestion.
