The White House probably won't like this chart.
Support among registered voters for impeaching President Donald Trump has grown moderately in the past week as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced an impeachment inquiry, according to a Morning Consult poll that came out late Thursday.
The percentage of voters opposing such proceedings fell to 43%, down from 49% in the prior poll, while the percentage of those who said they had no opinion or didn’t know whether lawmakers should begin proceedings declined to 13% from 15%.And see: Trump warns of stock market crash as he rails against impeachment
