'When seniors hear that, it's easy to get agitated because the immediate thought is 'Well, the prices I'm seeing are still high,'' Alex Beene, a financial literacy instructor for the University of Tennessee at Martin told Newsweek.'It's not that prices are all of a sudden falling, but rather the rate with which they're increasing is starting to stabilize.
