The 43-year-old Grand Slam winner's husband, Alexis Ohanian, was quick to share his support for the performance.'Pretty fantastic halftime show,' the Reddit founder, 41, wrote on X .
Lamar's song, 'They Not Like Us,' contains several lyrical references to Drake, including several that accuse him of behaving inappropriately with younger women, although the lyrics were edited for the Super Bowl performance. The choice of having Williams do the 'crip walk' was also significant because the tennis player was criticized for doing a similar dance when she defeated Maria Sharapova at Wimbledon in 2012.
