Kaizer Chiefs head coach Molefi Ntseki has taken a different approach with the utilisation of youngsters such as Mduduzi Shabalala and Samkelo Zwane to previous coach Arthur Zwane and he has explained why.
Zwane showed much faith in youngsters such as Shabalala, Samkelo Zwane and Wandile Duba, as he featured Shabalala and Samkelo Zwane prominently in his line-up.However, Shabalala and Samkelo Zwane have been reduced to cameo appearances under Ntseki while Duba is yet to feature this season.
"You promote a player because he's got qualities that you need in the first team and I think it is not only about the talent, it's also about the personality," Ntseki said in the MTN8 press conference.
