The pair of former Seahawks are together again in Tennessee, but even though the two no longer play for the Hawks, their impact on the Seattle cap is far greater.
The Seattle Seahawks are in Nashville this week, first for a pair of joint practices with the Tennessee Titans Wednesday and Thursday, followed by their Preseason Week 2 game Saturday. The teams getting together means a chance for the Seahawks to meet up with the safety duo who roamed the back end for the Hawks the past few seasons in Jamal Adams and Quandre Diggs.
Of course, ‘play football’ is a phrase used lightly when it comes to Jamal Adams, who has appeared in just 22 games over the past three seasons, which is somehow even less than the 24 games played by Seahawks ironman receiver Dee Eskridge in that timeframe. In any case, with the details of Diggs contract being published earlier in the week, it is now known how much the duo costs against the cap for both teams.
