On average, Democratic states' residents see a lifespan of more than two years longer than those living in Republican ones, according to a Newsweek analysis.

The top 10 states, in order, are: Hawaii, Washington, Minnesota, California, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Oregon, Vermont, Utah and Connecticut.
