How did Ohio State's offense grade in the Buckeyes' 20-12 win over Penn State?

McCord’s 286 yards and a touchdown on 22 of 35 passing didn’t come with the right to say he was OSU’s high-graded offensive player by Pro Football Focus’ standards as he posted a 61.8. That right went to Harrison with an 85.0 to complete what was yet another dominant performance against the Nittany Lions.

In two games, Harrison has caught 21 passes — with 20 being for a first down — for 347 yards and a score.every player on every play and uses a scale of 0-100, with higher grades indicating better play. PFF has explained its grades this way: 100-90 elite; 89-85 Pro Bowler; 84-70 starter; 69-60 backup; 59-0 replaceable. In other words, it’s similar to how we would match up percentages with traditional letter grades in school.
