Here's how Irving residents can recycle Christmas trees
Irving residents can recycle their Christmas trees through Jan. 14.Irving residents can turn their live Christmas trees into mulch through the city’s holiday tree recycling program.
Fresh-cut trees will be collected as part of the city’s regular weekly brush and bulk waste pick-up through Jan. 14. Residents also can bring Christmas trees to any of the following drop-off locations during the same time period:Hunter Ferrell Landfill, 110 E. Hunter Ferrell Road, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday; closed Jan. 1, this Saturday.Southwest Park, 2800 W. Shady Grove Road.
