"It was every time I made a decision in the face of fear. I had a relatively successful PR company in Sydney. I was smashing personal targets and that’s when I decided to move to London. My friends and family thought I was crazy, but moving towas the best thing I’ve ever done. Another moment that comes to mind is when I finally got all of my businesses to a good place and I decided to leave it all and join JSHealth.
"If I don’t have time to get coffee in the morning and walk to work, I feel quite rattled. I need that time for myself. It's incredible, it really goes so deep into your psyche. That’s my time for me on the way to get my coffee, walking to work.
