The cost of living crisis has households across Northern Ireland rethinking their spending habits and looking at ways to save a few pounds as prices and bills continue to rise.
Businesses in Belfast have reported that food inflation has risen to around 20%, with essential items in the shop continuing to increase in price, putting further pressure on people's budgets. In order to help consumers find the best offers in the shops, Belfast Live has looked at the prices of some everyday branded items in Sainsbury's, Tesco, Asda and Lidl in order to see what supermarket provides the best value for money.
