Marius Theodore Gustavson had just performed one of his signature procedures in his basement flat when a stranger turned up to buy a penis.

They’d go to Germany and someone would rent out a room somewhere, and it was a group of cutters that would have arranged for people to come to that place and it was almost like a party. I only know because one year couldn’t go because he lost his passport and he was really angry.”
