Downton Abbey is a huge hit with the royals September 11, 2019 - 14:39 BST Sharnaz Shahid Downton Abbey actor Kevin Doyle has revealed the Queen's royal butlers were enlisted to advise the cast of the new film about how to behave around monarchs. The 59-year-old, who has reprised his role of footman Joseph Molesley in the movie, explained how two butlers from Buckingham Palace were sent to the set in Highclere Castle during filming.
