A second round of free at-home tests is now open. People who got the previous tests can get more tests, according to a government website set up to place orders.

Another round of at-home COVID-19 tests, similar to the CareStart COVID-19 antigen test kit pictured here, is available for free from the federal government.CLEVELAND, Ohio — You can get more free at-home COVID-19 tests from the federal government.

A name and residential address is needed to place an order. No ID, credit card, or health insurance information is required. People can get updates on orders by providing their email address.rapid antigen at-home tests, not PCR tests. They give results with 30 minutes and do not have to be taken to a lab.

If you have difficulty accessing the internet or need help placing an order, call 1-800-232-0233 to get help in English, Spanish, and more than 150 other languages – 8 a.m. to midnight ET, seven days a week.
