“This is such an important topic to shed light on, one that sometimes gets polarized depending on belief systems,” says Snow, speaking of how abortion rights are under attack in the U.S. “The beautiful thing about art is the ability to shift a perspective and gain more understanding.” A look worthy of her first-ever Oscars, Snow wore a custom canary yellow strapless dress by Mônot and a Chanel makeup look straight out of the Old Hollywood playbook. “I wanted to make a statement but in a way that felt very me,” says Snow.As such, her makeup artist, Samuel Paul, crafted a “fresh and classic” makeup look that intentionally pulled attention to Snow’s famous gaze.
